How do I install my DSL?

Now I have my DSL router, what do I do?
*Residential customers only. *Requires a one-year term commitment. A fee of $99.99 will be charged for early termination. Credit will be given each month for three months, after which normal monthly fee of $35.95 applies. Credit may not appear on first bill.

Credit approval required for free use of modem, otherwise customer will be charged $99.99 for modem.
