When will this happen?
NCOL.NET will be repositioning our company to focus on network services, security consulting and maintenance. We will continue to offer our first class network support and design, web and email hosting, web site design, computer sales and service. It is with this refocus that we will no longer offer telephone and high-speed internet services after January 31, 2013. Though we believe that for the last 15 years our telephone and internet services are second to none, with increased competition we are finding it hard to keep our pricing competitive and grow new accounts.
What do I need to do?
All customers should make arrangements to move to a new Internet and telephone vendor. NCOL.NET will make ourselves available to assist and assure a transparent conversion to a new vendor.
What if I choose Centurylink?
If you choose to move to Centurylink, there is a local transition team setup to help. They can be reached at 252-492-9608.
What do I do with my equipment?
All DSL modems should be returned to the NCOL.NET office at the following address:
NCOL.NET
410 Dabney Drive
Henderson, NC 27536
Business customers can arrange with NCOL to have their equipment disconnected and returned.
Do I need a static IP address?
If you currently have a static IP address and use it, we would advise you get a new static IP address. This feature can be added later if you decide not to get a static IP initally.
Why are you doing this?
This repositioning on our focus will not affect computer repair, network services, computer and network maintenance, dialup internet, email or web hosting. We feel that this repositioning will help us to better support the IT needs of local businesses and individuals.
What about my bill?

I have dialup Internet. Is that affected?
