Warranty
A bar C Computer Service warrants to the original purchaser of hardware product configurations, that the product is in good working condition, according to its specifications at the time of Assembly, for a period of five (5) years from the date of the original purchase.
Should the product malfunction within the warranty period, A bar C Computer Service will at its discretion repair or replace the product upon receipt with an equivalent. Any replaced parts become the property of A bar C Computer Service. This warranty does not apply to the software component of a product or a product which has been damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, usage not in accordance with product specifications and instructions, natural or personal disaster, or unauthorized alterations, repairs or modifications.
This warranty applies to defects in workmanship and to components to the extent of manufacture’s warranty ( See * below). Damage due to other causes (accident, misuse, abuse, etc.) is not covered by the warranty.
The warranty makes no claims regarding suitability of the product for a particular use or environment.
Only hardware is covered by the standard 5 year warranty. Additional items such as media and documentation, if defective, may be repaired or replaced at A bar C Computer Service's discretion.
Proof of purchase may be required, but only if some doubt exists regarding warranty eligibility.
A bar C Computer Service’s standard five year warranty which commenced February 01,2006, runs from the date of purchase.
Standard warranty service consists of repair or replacement at the discretion of A bar C Computer Service.
Customer is responsible for all cost of shipping the product to be replaced. A bar C Computer Service pays the cost of returning a product to you.
A bar C Computer Service reserves the right to replace the product with a service product at sole discretion at any time.
Products Damaged By Lightning
Lightning damage is not covered under warranty (see "natural disaster" in the warranty statement). A bar C Computer Service will not in any way attempt to make repairs, to product damaged by lightning. Such products are considered to be ir-repairable.
A bar C Computer Service will not repair products which have been damaged by "acts of God". Lightning strikes often cripple or weaken multiple components, which fail shortly after a repair is attempted. Since most lightning damaged equipment is covered by household or business insurance, A bar C Computer Service will help by writing a claim to your insurance agent to have the equipment replaced if you wish.
Warranty Terms Do Not Change as a Result of Service by A bar C Computer Service.
Products which are repaired under warranty are guaranteed for the remainder of the original warranty period (5 years from purchase date).
If, at the time of repair, a product is already "out of warranty" or within the last 90 days of the warranty period, A bar C Computer Service will guarantee the repair for a full 90 days.
All other terms and conditions of the original warranty apply.
